Our marine mattress factory is a professional manufacturer specializing in the production of marine mattresses. With an annual production capacity of over 30,000 units, the company relies on professional design and rigorous quality management. Over the years, adhering to the corporate spirit of “creating a reputable enterprise with excellent service,” the company has gradually formed a style characterized by quality material selection, exquisite craftsmanship, vibrant colors, and elegance. Our marine mattress are exported to many countries such as Netherlands, France, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Russia, Brazil, the United States, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and so on. After years of development, the company has obtained relevant classification society certificates, providing customers with ship mattresses. Its ship mattresses have obtained certificates such as SOLAS, IMO, MED, DNV, GL, SE, and can provide WHEEKMARK wheel marks. Additionally, the company has obtained the Brazilian Bureau Colambo certificate and the Russian RS certificate.

The marine mattresses produced by our company are manufactured and processed in strict accordance with the standards of classification societies. The fabric is made of Full-polyester fabric, which is flame-retardant, antibacterial, anti-mite, anti-static, and hypoallergenic. The azo dye testing meets the standard requirements. The sponge used is fire-resistant and complies with the British BS5852 furniture fire safety standard. For special area shipowner customers, the sponge density can reach 36(±5%)Kg/m3, and flame-retardant hot-melt felt is also used. Our marine mattresses adopt an independent pocket spring design. The core process involves encapsulating individual springs in non-woven fabric or fiber bags and arranging them in a bonded manner to form an independently operating bed net system. A sponge layer is added to the surface of the bed net to evenly distribute pressure, adapt to human curves, and provide differentiated support. At the same time, the independent operation of the springs reduces turning interference and noise. For product packaging, moisture-proof and mold-proof packaging is used, suitable for ocean transportation. Additionally, marine mattresses can also be packaged in roll-pack format, which has good rebound effect, is convenient for loading and unloading, and saves transportation costs.
